Warranty

Decotech products are subject to rigorous safety and quality tests. Each product is covered by our 2 years warranty program (except for the built-in batteries which are covered by a 6-month warranty). The guarantee starts on the date of purchase by the final user.

For any claim under the warranty or after sale service, please contact your distributor and present a valid proof of purchase. Our warranty covers any manufacturing material and workmanship defect, with the exception of any deterioration arising from the non-observance of the instruction manual or from any careless action implemented on this item (such as dismantling, exposition to heat and humidity, etc.).
