How can I retrieve the details of my order?

At any moment, you can access your order details by clicking on « My Orders » at the top of the page (you must be logged in in order to view this field).

You will find details about your order status (“confirmed”, “shipped”…).

How to modify or cancel my order?

You have confirmed your order and made the payment but you would like to cancel your order? Please send us a message as soon as possible using the contact form. Don’t forget to indicate your order reference and contact info.

What can I do if I haven’t received my order?

To track your order, login and click on « My Orders » at the top of the page. You will see the status of your order.
